Eloxcast®
The best way to show your colours
Eloxcast® is a cast alloy based on EN-AW5754 that is cast and homogenized as ingots according to the most precise specifications. We only have Eloxcast® produced by a European manufacturer to guarantee consistent quality.
This product is ideal for anodizing your finished components.
Its manufacturing process, pickling and subsequent anodizing lead to reproducible surface results time and time again.
We offer Eloxcast® as a six side sawn plate version up to 380 mm thick or as a CNC surface machined precision plate face-milled sheet.
Of course, we can also produce cut-to-size pieces, rings, discs or water jet contours according to your specifications.
Cyclecast®
Cyclecast® is our trademark for aluminum casting alloys in the form of ingots and sheets that are:
produced exclusively from returned, unmixed customer scrap that is recycled with a low energy input or primary aluminum that has been verifiably and exclusively smelted using 100% renewable energy from wind and water power.
As part of the Green Deal, many companies along the supply chain are increasingly obliged to minimize their carbon footprint, even for primary materials.
Cast and sawn aluminum plates CST® 7X
From homogenized and hardened cast ingots made from a 7021 alloy, we manufacture plates and blocks six sides sawn with our brand name CST® 7X.
The product is hardened to T79 and is available in thicknesses of up to 420 mm. These sheets are mainly used in mold and tool making when a high mechanical load-bearing capacity with large thicknesses is required and the rolled sheet is no longer technically feasible. Due to the production process, homogenization and heat treatment, the plates have a low residual stress behavior in relation to their thickness.
Alloy type:
CST® 7X
Homogenized structure and hardened to the T79 state
Of course, we can also produce blanks, rings, discs or water jet contours from it according to your specifications.
Forged aluminum plates KuKForge®
Forged plates with our brand name KuKForge® are stocked in thicknesses from 200 mm to 600 mm. At thicknesses exceeding 200 mm, rolled plates may no longer achieve sufficient hardening through rolling. Forging is therefore necessary to achieve high mechanical values.
These plates are used in machining where the highest possible mechanical strength and excellent machinability are required.
Alloy types
KuKForge® 6082
KuKForge® 7075
Material Temper:
• T652
Of course, we can also produce blanks, rings, discs or water jet contours according to your specifications.
